Upshift Co. (“we,” “us”) operates upshiftco.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless, privacy-first, and collects no personally identifiable information. It tracks aggregate page views and performance metrics only. No data is shared with third parties. Plausible is hosted in the EU and compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.

Assessment data. The Free AI Revenue Assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored on our servers. If you choose to provide your name, email, and firm name to receive results, that contact information is sent to us via email and stored in our email system (Resend).

Booking information. When you book a conversation through Cal.com, your name and email are processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy. We receive the booking details to schedule the call.

What we don't do

• We don't use cookies or tracking pixels.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• We don't run retargeting ads.
• We don't subscribe you to email lists without your consent.

Third-party services

We use the following services that may process your data under their own policies:

• Vercel — hosting
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-first analytics
• Cal.com — appointment scheduling
• Resend — transactional email (assessment lead capture)

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing shawn@upshiftco.com. We will respond within 30 days.
