Privacy Policy
Upshift LLC (“we,” “us”) operates upshiftco.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless, privacy-first, and collects no personally identifiable information. It tracks aggregate page views and performance metrics only. No data is shared with third parties. Plausible is hosted in the EU and compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
Assessment data. The Free AI Commercialization Assessment scores your answers in your browser. To see your results, you provide your name, email, and firm name. We keep that contact information, along with your profile type and dimension scores. We may look at public information about you and your firm to prepare a follow-up. We reach out at most once to discuss your results. No sequences, no newsletters.
Booking information. When you book a conversation through Cal.com, your name and email are processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy. We receive the booking details to schedule the call.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use cookies or tracking pixels.
- We don’t sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers listed below.
- We don’t run retargeting ads.
- We don’t subscribe you to email lists without your consent.
Third-party services
We use the following services that may process your data under their own policies:
- Vercel — hosting
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-first analytics
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling
- Resend — newsletter and transactional email
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing shawn@upshiftco.com. We will respond within 30 days.
