How we work

From one idea to a service your clients pay for.

It starts with 20 minutes. A two-week pilot tests the idea on your own client work. If it’s worth building, we build it, take it live, and put it in front of your first client.

Book 20 minutes
  1. 20 minutesFree

Whether your idea is worth doing, and where you’d start.

  2. The pilotTwo weeks, $10,000

A working first version on your own client work, and a decision on whether to build it.

  3. Building itOne fixed price

Live on real client work, with your team using it.

  4. Your first clientPart of the build

The service priced and packaged, with us beside you in the first conversation.

Start as small as one idea, or as big as the whole firm.

Start with a pilot

For one idea you want to test

  1. One practice, one service your clients would pay for
  2. A working first version on your own client work, in two weeks
  3. We review how it performed, then decide whether to build it for production
  4. A go becomes the build: live, your team using it, in front of the first client

$10,000

Credited in full to the build

How a pilot works

Start with a plan

For leaders who need a firm-wide strategy

  1. Two days with your senior team, one of them on site
  2. We map where AI threatens each service and where it could grow revenue
  3. We help you choose the two or three ideas worth pursuing
  4. The first pilot, scoped

$15,000

With the people who make the decision

How the plan works

Some firms need something else, like help with a build their team has already started. That starts with the same 20-minute call.

Book 20 minutes

The build goes all the way to your first client.

When the pilot says go, it ends with a fixed price for the build and a start date, with its $10,000 credited in full. You pay half to start and half when it goes live.

  1. The spec

What the AI does, what plain software handles, and where your people decide. You sign off before we build.

  2. Build and test

On real client work, alongside the people who will use it.

  3. Go live

When it does what the spec says and you sign off.

  4. Your first client

We price and package the service with you, and join you for the first conversation with a client.

Once it’s live, one person at your firm owns it, with a playbook. If you’d rather we keep running it, we’ll propose a monthly fee tied to what it delivers, not to hours.

What the build includes

What firms usually try first.

Wait and see

Clients and competitors keep moving while you wait.

Handle it internally

Your people learn a lot. Building a new service on top of a full billable load is hard to fit in.

Buy a tool

The work gets faster, and your competitors can buy the same tool.

Hire an AI strategy consultant

You get a plan. Someone still has to build it.

Hire developers or an AI agency

They build to your spec. Deciding what to specify is the hard part, and it’s where we start.

Questions

You bring one idea, or a question about the whole firm. We work out whether it’s worth doing and where you’d start. If a pilot fits, we send you what it would need from your people before you commit to anything.

Then you’ve spent $10,000 to find out, not the price of a build, and you have our recommendation in writing.

The 20 minutes are free. A pilot is $10,000 for two weeks. A plan is $15,000 for two days. A build is one fixed price, quoted at the end of the pilot, with the pilot credited in full. We don’t bill by the hour.

For a pilot, whoever owns the service line and the people who do the work. For a plan, whoever runs the firm and three to six senior people.
