Start with a pilot

A working first version of your idea in two weeks.

Bring one idea for a service your clients would pay for. In two weeks we build a working first version and try it on your own client work. Then you decide whether to build it for production.

$10,000, two weeks, credited in full to the build if it says go.

Book 20 minutes

For the partner who owns a practice.

You have an idea for something your clients would pay for: work you do for a few clients, or once a year, that you’d like to offer every client. You have the authority to try it in your practice without waiting for the whole firm.

If someone else at your firm brought us in, that’s fine too. We’ll want the partner whose practice would own it involved from the start.

What a pilot can look at.

An example from your kind of firm: work done today for a few clients, done for one client in full, with every finding named as something the firm bills. Switch the firm type in the card.

What happens in the two weeks.

  1. You show us the work as it runs today.

You and the people who do it walk us through it: which clients get it, how often, and what it bills. Your system records fill in the rest. That’s the baseline.

  2. We decide what the service is and what it bills.

Who it’s for, what each client gets, and how you’d price it.

  3. We build a working first version and try it on your client work.

On client material you choose, with your people checking what it produces. It shows whether the AI can do the work and whether the service holds up.

  4. We decide together whether to take it to production.

We review how it performed against the baseline from step 1, and you get our recommendation in writing.

After the pilot, you decide on production.

A go comes with a fixed price for the build and a start date. The build takes it to production: the AI on real client work, your team using it, and the service in front of your first client.

A no-go tells you in two weeks, for the price of a pilot rather than a build.

Either way, you keep what the pilot produced: the baseline of how the work runs today, the service and what it would bill, and our recommendation in writing.

$10,000, fixed, and credited in full to the build if the pilot says go. The build is one fixed price, half to start and half when it goes live. We don’t bill by the hour.

Questions

Time with the people who do the work while we trace it, and access to the systems it runs through. How much depends on the work: after the 20-minute call, we send you what the pilot would take, including your people’s time, before you commit.

Work your clients would pay for that you only do for a few of them, or once a year. Bring the people who do it, so we see how it runs.

We start from the software your firm already uses and add as little as we can. Any new software or cost is named before you sign off on the build.

We agree how client material is handled before the pilot starts, and the first version runs only on material you choose.

No. Your people check what the first version produces before any of it reaches a client.

Yes, one per idea, in the same practice or another one. If you want the partners to decide where AI should grow revenue across the whole firm first, start with a plan.
