The build
From pilot to your first client.
When a pilot says go, the build takes it to production: the AI running on real client work, with your team using it. One fixed price, quoted at the go.

How it runs.
The spec
From what the pilot showed, we set out what the AI reads, what it flags, what plain software handles, and where your people decide. You sign off before we build.
Build and test
We build it and test it on real client work alongside your people, who learn it as it takes shape.
Go live
It goes live once it does what the spec says and you sign off. Your owner takes it over with the playbook, and we measure the work again against the baseline.
The first client
We price and package the service with you, and join you for the first conversation with a client.
Questions
One fixed price, quoted when the pilot says go, and the pilot’s $10,000 is credited in full against it. You pay half to start and half when it goes live. We don’t bill by the hour.
Every build starts from a pilot. The pilot is what tells us, and you, that the service is worth building and what it should bill.
Time with the people who do the work while we build and test, and access to the systems it runs through. You sign off twice: on the spec, and before it goes live.
We start from the software your firm already uses and add as little as we can. Any new software or cost is named in the spec before you sign off. We don’t sell seats or a platform.
We agree how client material is handled before any work starts, and the AI runs only on material you approve.
Then it doesn’t go live. You see it tested on real client work first, and going live needs your sign-off.
