Advisory services
Upshift Co. provides AI commercialization advisory services to professional services firms. Engagement terms, deliverables, pricing, and payment schedules are specified in individual engagement agreements signed before work begins. These website terms do not constitute an engagement agreement.
Free assessment
The Free AI Revenue Assessment is provided for informational purposes only. Results are based on self-reported data and general industry benchmarks. They do not constitute professional advice, an implementation plan, or a financial projection. Assessment answers are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by Upshift Co. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Deliverables produced during an advisory engagement become the property of the client upon payment in full, as specified in the engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
Upshift Co. provides advisory services based on professional judgment and experience. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or market results. Advisory recommendations are opinions informed by experience, not warranties of performance.
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Upshift Co. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page.
